Unless stated in the listing, all items are made-to-order.
Items will be shipped within 4 weeks of receipt of payment. If for some reason this can not be done, We will contact you and let you know directly. Sometimes making everything by hand can get in the way of making things on time! Shipping is from Australia. Packages to the rest of the world may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. If your package does not turn up within the expected time frame, please contact us and we will do our best track down your item. Please be aware that Australia Post does not consider a parcel ‘lost’ before 30 days from the date of shipping, and we will not replace an item sooner than this. We also cannot accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws, please investigate before purchase.
Flat rate postage within Australia is $10. International postage is $30 for all parcels under 500g. If your order exceeds this weight, we will contact you with a shipping quote for your approval.
We offer a 10 day full refund for return policy (excluding custom orders). If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns of custom orders. Return the item in original condition, and we will refund the full price on receiving it back. We cannot accept responsibility for an postage charges when a refund is requested for reasons other than product defects.
Please note that products are not suitable for children 3 and under as there are small parts which are a choking hazard. Adult supervision is recommended. All furniture pieces are for gentle play only and decor pieces such as art work are for display purposes only.
